What information does the quote form collect?
The quote form collects your ZIP code, phone number, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity and a guest or crew count, plus the page you sent it from. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which emails the submission to us and does not sell or share it. We use the information to call you back with a quote and, if you book, to schedule delivery and service.
What else does the site collect?
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. The ZIP checker and sizing calculator run in your browser and send nothing to us. The contact page embeds a Google Map, and fonts load from Google Fonts; both receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, page, time) for security for up to 90 days.
How do you use and keep booking information?
When you book, we keep your name, phone, email, delivery address, site notes and payment confirmation in our scheduling and invoicing records for as long as needed to service the rental, handle any damage claim and meet Pennsylvania tax record requirements (currently 7 years). Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information, and we do not send marketing texts or emails.
Your choices and how to reach us
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete records no longer required for tax or legal purposes by calling (610) 228-7864 or emailing martin@bethlehemportapotty.com. Texting us implies consent to receive scheduling texts about your rental only; reply STOP to end them. This policy is reviewed every 6 months and the date above changes only when it is updated.
