What restroom setup fits each wedding size?
A backyard wedding of 50 to 80 guests needs two deluxe flushing units. A tent or barn wedding of 100 to 150 guests needs one two-station restroom trailer plus one deluxe unit, or four deluxe units with one accessible unit. A 200 to 300-guest wedding needs two trailers or one trailer plus four deluxe units and one accessible unit. All of these assume 6 hours with a bar.
| Guests | Budget setup | Comfortable setup | Weekend price (budget / comfortable) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50–80 | 2 deluxe flushing | 1 restroom trailer | $650 / $1,650 |

Where do the restrooms go at a tent, barn or backyard wedding?
Place wedding restrooms 75 to 150 feet from the tent or barn door, on the service side where the caterer parks, on firm level ground our truck can reach, with a lit path. Keep them out of the ceremony sightline and upwind of the bar. For a trailer, the pad must hold a 14-foot trailer and sit within 100 feet of a spigot and two 20-amp outlets.
- Backyard (West Bethlehem, Bethlehem Township, Lower Saucon): the driveway apron or the side yard by the spigot; units roll through a 48-inch gate.
- Barn venues (Upper Bucks, Lehigh County farms, the Poconos): the gravel service lot behind the barn, where the venue already runs caterer power.
- Tented estate weddings: a trailer behind the catering tent with the exterior lights on a timer.
- Vineyards and orchards: level ground at the row end; soft soil after rain is the one thing that stops a trailer, so we check the pad the week before.
How much do wedding restrooms cost near Bethlehem?
Wedding restrooms cost $325 per deluxe flushing unit, $325 per accessible unit, $95 per hand wash station, and $1,650 per two-station restroom trailer for a Thursday-or-Friday to Monday weekend within 15 miles of Bethlehem, before 6% PA sales tax. An attendant who restocks and wipes down during the reception is $45 per hour. Venues in the Poconos, Upper Bucks or Berks add a flat route fee shown on the quote.
Nothing is added for a Thursday delivery, a mid-week site visit to check the pad, or a hasp and lock. See every line on the pricing guide.
Wedding restrooms: questions before you book
How many bathrooms do I need for a 150-person wedding?
Four units: three deluxe flushing units plus one wheelchair-accessible unit, or one two-station restroom trailer plus one deluxe unit for the overflow line. That covers 150 guests for 6 hours with a bar. Our rule is one unit per 75 guests per 4 hours for flushing units, plus 25% for alcohol, rounded up.
Is a restroom trailer worth it over flushing porta potties?
For a formal wedding with 100 or more guests, long dresses and a ceremony after dark, yes: hot water, heat, lighting and a mirror change how the night feels. For a casual backyard wedding of 60 to 120 guests, three deluxe flushing units at $975 do the job for about $700 less than a trailer and need no power or water.
What does the trailer need at a barn venue?
A level pad of gravel or firm lawn at least 14 by 12 feet, a garden hose spigot within 100 feet, and two 20-amp outlets within 100 feet. Most barn venues in Lower Saucon, Upper Bucks and the Poconos have these at the barn wall. No power? We add a quiet generator for $150.
Can you deliver Thursday so the Friday rehearsal dinner is covered?
At the same weekend price. Thursday delivery and Monday pickup is our standard wedding window, which also keeps Friday free for your other vendors. If the venue wants everything gone Sunday, a Sunday pickup is $45.
How do you make the units fit the look of the wedding?
We send white deluxe units, not blue, and set them where the photographer will not see them: behind the tent service wall or around the barn corner. Solar path lights, a floral arrangement on the Bravo station and a basket of amenities on the trailer vanity are the three touches couples ask for most.
What if a guest uses a wheelchair?
Add a We'll Care III accessible unit next to the trailer or the deluxe cluster. It has a ground-level floor, a 32.75-inch door and handrails. The trailer has steps and is not accessible on its own. Weekend price $325.
When should I book for a June or October Saturday?
Trailers: 6 to 8 weeks ahead for May through October Saturdays, because we run a small fleet and Lehigh Valley wedding season peaks in June and October. Deluxe units: 2 to 3 weeks. Standard units: a week is usually fine.
