When is a restroom trailer the wrong choice?

A restroom trailer is the wrong choice when the ground is soft or sloped more than 3 degrees, when there is no water spigot or power within 100 feet and no room for a generator, when the entrance is narrower than 12 feet, or when the budget is under $1,000. In those cases two or three deluxe flushing units deliver a flush and a sink for less and fit almost anywhere.

How is the restroom trailer delivered and set up?

We tow the trailer to the site the day before the event, level it on jacks, connect the hose and power, fill the fresh tank, test both stations, run the heat or A/C, stock the amenities and leave the key with your contact. Setup takes about 45 minutes. After the event we drain, pump at our yard and detail the interior.

  1. Site check. Send photos of the entrance and the pad. We confirm fit, power and water on the phone.
  2. Delivery day before. Thursday or Friday for a Saturday event. The driver calls 30 minutes out.
  3. Setup and test. Level, connect, fill, run every fixture, set the thermostat.
  4. Event. Optional attendant restocks and wipes down every 30 minutes.
  5. Pickup Monday. Disconnect, drain and tow. No cleanup for you.

Restroom trailer questions

What does a restroom trailer need from my site?

Three things: level ground that can hold a 14-foot trailer (pavement, gravel or dry firm lawn), a standard garden hose spigot within 100 feet, and two dedicated 20-amp 110-volt outlets within 100 feet for the heat, A/C, lights and water heater. We bring the hoses and cords. If power is not available we rent a quiet generator for $150.

How many guests can a two-station trailer handle?

About 150 guests for a 5-hour event. Each station has its own door, porcelain toilet, sink with hot water, mirror and vanity light, and the 300-gallon waste tank holds roughly 500 flushes. For 150 to 300 guests we pair the trailer with two deluxe flushing units for the overflow line.

Is the trailer heated for a winter wedding?

Each station has a thermostat-controlled heater and an air conditioner. We run the heater from delivery onward so the interior is warm when the first guest arrives, and the water lines are insulated and heat-traced for Lehigh Valley winters.

Can a guest in a wheelchair use the trailer?

Our standard two-station trailer has three steps up and is not wheelchair accessible. For an accessible option we deliver a We'll Care III ground-level unit next to the trailer, or source a ramped accessible trailer with 4 weeks' notice.

How much does a restroom trailer cost near Bethlehem?

$1,650 for a weekend (delivered Thursday or Friday, picked up Monday) within 15 miles of Bethlehem, plus 6% PA sales tax. Beyond 15 miles the route fee applies: $65 to the extended Lehigh Valley, $145 to Reading, Bucks and Hazleton, $245 to the Poconos resorts, Scranton or the Philadelphia suburbs. An attendant for the event is $45 per hour.

Will the trailer fit through my driveway or venue gate?

The trailer is 8.5 feet wide, 14 feet long with the tongue, and 11 feet tall. We need a 12-foot-wide path with 13 feet of overhead clearance and room to back in. Send a photo of the entrance with your quote request and we confirm the fit before you book.
